Shipping Policy

All orders over $750 are shipped UPS ground free of charge. Orders under $750 will be charged a shipping fee for UPS ground service, UPS Second Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air service depending on your preference.  Shipping is estimated at checkout at approx 10% of your order.  If shipping charges exceed the estimated shipping amount you will be notified prior to the shipment of your items.  If shipping charges are less than 10%, your credit will automatically be refunded at the time of shipment.  Shipments to destinations outside the contiguous 48 states, bulky orders, or heavy orders may be assessed additional shipping charges at the time of actual shipment. getgmparts.com will contact you prior to shipping items with additional shipping charges.

Returns Policy and Warranty

The www.getgmparts.com return policy offers a no questions asked 30 day money back guarantee on most items. Exceptions may include the customer ordering a wrong part and damaging it while attempting to install it, and in those cases the customer may be charged a restocking fee. In all cases where the return is not due to an error on our part, the customer will pay for shipping charges. Please call 1-866-851-0549 to obtain an RMA#.

All parts purchased from www.getgmparts.com are covered by a one year warranty.  The customer must have the original proof of purchase to process a warranty claim.

In most cases, GetGMParts.com will honor the online price. When a particular part comes up with no price, GetGMParts.com will contact you with the correct price before shipping that item, and we will work with our partners to make sure the correct price is in the system for future purchases.
